This process consists of
coating the steel in melted zinc. The process starts with an acid bath to clean
the metal thoroughly. The steel is then immersed in a bath of molten zinc at a
temperature of 800 degrees bonding the zinc to the steel creating a layer of
highly resistant zinc that helps to prevent the rust and corrosion of your scale
both inside and outside for many years of trouble free use.
