Agricultural Scales weighing products can be ordered by calling us at 800-988-8534 or with one of our sales representatives.  Please call for the name and number of a local one in your area.

SERVICE: 

If you have a problem with your scale, please contact us at 800-988-8534 and speak with one of our service technicians to identify whether the problem is product or application related.  Every necessary effort will be made to rectify the problem over the phone or identify faulty components and recommend what action should be taken.  

Under normal circumstances, Agricultural Scales Inc. can repair or re-place weighing products within 7 days of receipt provided all parts are available.   Should repair be needed more urgently, please call Agricultural Scales Inc.'s Service Dept. and request a priority. 

WARRANTY:

Agricultural Scales Inc. weighing products steel parts are covered by warranty on materials and workmanship for one year.  For warranty periods on products (indicators, etc.) refer to your owner manual.  Replacement or repair of the product will be without cost to you if the item is under warranty.  The only cost you would incur is shipping costs to our office, for item under warranty we would pay return shipping. 

Indicators- if any covered defect occurs during the warranty period, return the indicator pre-paid to Tru-Test Inc.  528 Grant Road, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.  Please include a brief description of the type of problem you are having along with your contact information and we will contact you after your product has been assessed by a technician.
